Welcome to AI Flashcard Maker (the "Service" or "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AI Flashcard Maker.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website, document ingestion APIs, card generation engine, adaptive study modes, or export tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

AI Flashcard Maker leverages modern artificial intelligence and cognitive memory science to provide an efficient, intuitive, and interactive study platform:

3 Intellectual Property & Ownership of User Content

Rights concerning generated study content and platform assets:

Rights to Generated Study Cards: You have free, perpetual, non-exclusive rights to study, edit, export, save, and non-commercially share all flashcards and quiz questions synthesized from your content.
Protection of Platform Assets: AI Flashcard Maker's brand identity, logos, Clean Layered Learning UI design system, 3D flip animation engine, and frontend source code are proprietary assets protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized scraping, decompiling, or cloning is strictly prohibited.

4 User Conduct & Acceptable Use Policy

When using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, and strictly refrain from:

Copyright Infringement: Uploading whole copyrighted commercial textbooks, proprietary trade secrets, or materials you do not possess legal authorization to process;
Harmful or Unlawful Content: Transmitting content that is violent, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates public safety and decency;
System Abuse & Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or overload platform APIs via malicious automated bots, scrapers, or DDoS attacks;
Compute Scraping: Running automated scripts to repeatedly harvest free AI generation compute.

5 Academic Integrity & AI Assistance Disclaimer

AI Flashcard Maker is designed as an educational comprehension and active recall aid. We champion strict academic integrity:

Supplemental Nature & Fact Verification: While we employ prompt engineering for factual rigor, AI models may occasionally produce imperfect phrasing or nuanced omissions. For high-stakes examinations (medical boards, bar exams, certifications), always cross-reference key facts with official course textbooks.

4 用户行为准则与合规使用

使用本服务时，您承诺严格遵守中华人民共和国法律法规及您所在司法管辖区的适用法律，不得利用本平台从事以下行为：

上传侵权内容：上传未经权利人授权的受严格版权保护的整本出版教材、商业机密文档或侵犯他人合法权益的内容；
